Henry Andrew (Andy) Trust (1825-1899) was a German immigrant who came to Santa Cruz in 1849, establishing a bakery on Front Street, at some point operating in partnership with fellow German immigrant William Vahlberg.

Trust, his wife Christina, and son George were all Soc. of Pioneers members.
