John Bourne Perry (1811-1871), a native of MA, was an early Santa Cruz builder. He was shown as a property owner ("residence") on the 1866 Santa Cruz map, in "Block No. 3" (Mission Street). Charles C. was a son and a Soc. of Pioneers member; John was a grandson.
