Thompson, John

John Thompson (1825-1888), born in Ireland, became a Watsonville-area farmer sometime before 1864, when daughter Margaret was born. In 1889, Margaret married fellow Irish immigrant in Watsonville Edward H. Madden.
Thompson sons Christopher, Joseph A. and Edward D. are also profiled in Guinn. Son Peter J. and wife (only daughter of Patrick McAllister) are profiled in Harrison (p.361-362).
