Wanzer, James O.
From Santa Cruz County history wiki
James O. Wanzer owned an 1867 Locust Street house. The property later passed to Cornelius Cappelmann, who replaced the house with the apartment building that remains today. Wanzer's daughter Lucy became the first accredited female M. D. in California.
