Thomas Pilkington (1815-1888), a native of England, became a resident and subdivider/developer of the Seabright area in the Eastside neighborhood. Thomas was the brother of Martha Pilkington Wilson. Children were Thomas B. (1857-1922) and James A. (1863-1933)
