Paradise Park

Paradise Park is a privately-owned retirement community north of Santa Cruz, on the former site of the California Powder Works and San Lorenzo Paper Mill. Parts of the pre-existing infrastructure have been incorporated into Paradise Park, notably the 1872 covered bridge.
