Pierce B. [Bye] Fagen was a Santa Cruz M. D. who had a large home built on Mission Street in 1886. The site was owned by Fagen's second wife Mary, widow of John B. Perry. The 1852-53 Perry house was moved to its current location on Escalona Drive. Pierce, Mary, and son Clarence have separate biographies in Harrison.
