Bailey, Frederick E.

Frederick Ellsworth Bailey is described in Elliott as a native of Vermont who came to Santa Cruz in 1858. He was elected County Treasurer in 1868, and became the "county physician" in 1879. Son A. H. Bailey also became a doctor, and has a biography in Harrison.
