Whittle, Mark W.

Mark [W.] Whittle(1824-1890) was a "lumberman" who had houses built on three adjacent Third Street lots, subsequently residing in one that has not survived. That lot was later split, and two houses built. The last of Whittle's three houses, built in 1887, survives today at the corner of Main Street.
