Walden, Max

Max Walden was a local developer who purchased the former county courthouse in 1970 and transformed it into Cooper House. The property was later acquired by Los Gatos developer Jay Paul, who had the building demolished after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and built the current structure in its place.
