Tidball, Thomas T.

Thomas Theodore Tidball (1827-1913), born in Pennsylvania, came to California in 1849, and to Santa Cruz in 1857. After Civil War service, he was elected county clerk in 1865. Moving away from the county in ~1869, he died in Monterey.
