South Pacific Coast Railroad (SPC)
From Santa Cruz County history wiki
The South Pacific Coast Railroad (SPC) built a line from near Alameda to Felton, completed in 1880. It operated in Santa Cruz County from the Santa Cruz Mountains summit south of the Wright's Station tunnel entrance to Santa Cruz, after acquiring the Santa Cruz & Felton (SC&F) Railroad line for the last leg. Entrepreneur James Graham Fair was the principal creator, and Fair Avenue in the Westside neighborhood of Santa Cruz was named for him.
