Randall, Samuel B.

Samuel B. Randall was an M. D. who shared office space with Alfred L. Phillips and Ambrose A. Cowden, in a 1930 building designed for them on Walnut Avenue. In 2001 the former doctors' offices became the Santa Cruz Fire Dept. administration building.
