Holbrook, Charles D.

Charles Deming Holbrook (1824-1904), born in New York, came to Santa Cruz in 1865 after working as a carpenter in San Francisco. He built two houses on Lincoln Street in 1876. Both have survived, with one moved to New Street when Cedar Street was put through to connect with Vine Street in 1975.
