Blossom, Robert C.

Robert C. Blossom was one of three "local investors" who stepped in to complete the Piedmont Court project in 1916 after developer Pedro Chisem suffered financial reverses. The other two were Frank Wilson (of the Wilson real estate family), and Bruce L. Sharpe.
