Garrett, Edwin H.

Edwin H. Garrett, with partner James Williamson, was in the grocery business on Pacific Avenue. In 1899 the partners had a 2-story brick building constructed. That building was demolished after being damaged in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.
