The Mansion House is a hotel and restaurant on Main Street in Watsonville. It was built in the 1870s, in the Second Empire style.
- Santa Cruz County, Calif. Illustrations, with Historical Sketch (1879 book) has a drawing of the building as it appeared in 1879. At that time, the hotel was "Lewis House", and the livery stable below was "Eclipse Livery Stable", Thomas Kennedy, proprietor.
- In History of Santa Cruz County (Harrison-1892), the stable had been renamed "Mansion Livery Stables", run by the McEwen brothers.
