Enterprise Iron Works was a foundry and metalwork shop that first appeared on Sanborn Fire Insurance Co. maps in 1886, and is now (2024) an art studio/workshop on Chestnut Street. According to SWC4, the building is: "a two-story corrugated metal structure with a wooden-sided false front. The foundry was established by William V. Pringle, a former employee at Elihu Anthony’s foundry, sometime between 1883 and 1886. Pringle may have acquired the Anthony foundry, and moved it here. The foundry remained in operation until 1915."
