Darrow, Kermit

Kermit Darrow was the Santa Cruz architect who, with landscape architect Roy Rydell, designed the Pacific Garden Mall remodel of Pacific Avenue in 1969. Darrow later designed the brick base that now supports the 1899 Town Clock.
